This site was built without forms, accounts, or a database — here is precisely what is and is not collected when you visit.
The short version
This website has no user accounts, no booking forms that submit anywhere, no database, and no payment processing. Nothing you type on this site is stored by us — the Booking Request Builder composes a WhatsApp message on your own phone, and the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, not here.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This involves cookies set by Google. We see aggregated statistics, not your identity.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the browser add-on Google provides, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works identically either way.
Every enquiry and booking on this site happens over WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp button, a pre-filled message opens in your own WhatsApp app — nothing is sent until you press send, and you can edit the message freely first. From that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Embedded maps
The contact page embeds a Google Map showing the camp’s location. Loading that map means your browser talks to Google, which may set its own cookies. The map only loads when you scroll to it.
What we never do
We do not sell or share visitor data — there is none to sell. We do not run advertising trackers, embed social media pixels, store form submissions, or process payments on this website. Payment for a confirmed booking is coordinated inside WhatsApp via a payment link.
