Dining
A Rajasthani table — high tea, a shared dinner, and breakfast — built around real family recipes, not a buffet dressed up as one.

Dining — Explore Overnight Desert Camp Jaisalmer, Khuri
What it is
Three meals across the stay: an afternoon high tea, a communal Rajasthani dinner, and a slow breakfast the next morning.
Why it matters
Rajasthani food outside of a handful of dishes rarely makes it onto a hotel menu unedited. The kitchen here cooks from recipes used in the cooks' own households, not a shortened "continental plus one local dish" format.
What to expect
High tea is served in the late afternoon with snacks and masala chai.
Dinner is a low, communal spread — dal baati churma, gatte ki sabzi, rotis off a tawa — lit by lantern.
Breakfast is unhurried, served outside while the morning is still cool.
